Job description
Structured overview of role & requirements
About This Role
- Analyze end-to-end technology processes within CTO to identify inefficiencies and automation or AI opportunities, quantifying them based on effort, cycle time, error rate, and cost.
- Architect redesigned processes focusing on removing, simplifying, or automating steps to improve work quality, ensuring compliance with control, audit, and regulated requirements including GxP where relevant.
- Collaborate with process owners, platform teams, and automation leads to prioritize and hand off automation use cases and define measurement approaches to validate realized benefits.
Minimum Requirements
- Typically 15+ years in process architecture, process improvement, business analysis, or automation consulting within technology.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working within regulated control environments and compliance requirements including GxP.
- Proven ability to analyze and quantify automation opportunities with evidence and redesign processes rather than only automating existing ones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating automation within regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare technology environments balancing innovation with compliance.
- Strong evidence-based analytical skills capable of challenging process owners and redesigning processes to remove inefficiencies instead of just automating them.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable automation benefits without weakening controls.
