About This Role
- Validate and ensure synchronization of user access and roles between Synchrony's identity governance platform (SailPoint Identity IQ) and various Synchrony systems.
- Remediate access and role discrepancies by collaborating with technology owners, RBAC teams, and security administration teams.
- Participate actively in the Identity Governance Configuration Management agile product team, including executing agile stories and maintaining documentation like job aids and user guides.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in Identity Access Management (IAM) domain.
- Minimum 2 years of role administration experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Work timings require availability within 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern Time overlapping US and India teams (1:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with role and access reconciliation processes in identity governance, especially using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and familiar with tools like Jira and SAFE agile framework.
- Able to work effectively across geographically distributed teams, managing coordination between US and India time zones.
