About This Role
- Architect and lead technical design of large-scale New Relic Observability solutions focused on cloud-native and distributed systems.
- Design and implement automated deployment and integration of Observability into customer CI/CD and platform engineering workflows using IaC tools and scripting.
- Provide technical leadership through workshops, troubleshooting, optimization, and knowledge transfer to ensure strategic adoption and value realization of the platform.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or senior engineering related to cloud and application performance technologies.
- Proven experience with Platform Engineering concepts including automated infrastructure and delivery pipelines.
- Strong expertise in automation, scripting (Python), CI/CD tools, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) highly valued.
- Hands-on experience with Observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace) and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in architecting and deploying complex, scalable Observability solutions integrated into modern CI/CD workflows.
- Experience operating at a senior technical level to influence and align senior stakeholder technical strategies.
- Comfortable working in consulting or customer-facing roles requiring technical leadership and deep product knowledge of Observability and cloud infrastructure.
