About This Role
- Manage and process complex institutional trades with strong operational accuracy and control.
- Support audit and compliance activities, including addressing governance issues within investment operations.
- Identify and lead process improvements and collaborate with teams to resolve issues and achieve operational goals.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of Institutional Investment Operations support experience or equivalent through work/training/military/education.
- Experience with capital markets, securities operations, corporate actions, and asset servicing.
- Ability to work effectively in a controlled, accuracy-focused operational environment.
- Ability to work 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST shift as per job expectations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in banking, financial services, or investment operations focusing on capital markets and asset servicing.
- Capable of analyzing operational processes and driving process re-engineering or transformation.
- Comfortable working under operational controls and collaborating across teams and locations in a hybrid work environment.
