About This Role
- Manage all accounting, taxation, regulatory, and financial reporting functions for HP Inc’s foreign subsidiaries ensuring compliance with USGAAP/IFRS and local regulations.
- Lead local statutory audits, tax filings, transfer pricing, and regulatory compliance of legal entities while supporting tax litigation and assessment cases.
- Collaborate with Finance operations, Tax, Treasury, and IT stakeholders to drive Controllership and Compliance projects and influence business decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Mandatory Chartered Accountant (India) or Certified Public Accountant (US) certification.
- Minimum 4+ years experience as a Finance Controller or Statutory Auditor.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles including IFRS and USGAAP.
- Experience with Big 4 firms is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Experienced controller accustomed to exercising independent judgment within defined policies to select solutions in compliance and finance reporting domains.
- Skilled at building relationships with diverse stakeholders including tax, treasury, and IT for cross-functional project execution.
- Proven ability to manage complex regulatory and statutory compliance for foreign subsidiaries with strong analytical and communication capabilities.
