About This Role
- Lead and manage overall user experience design strategy ensuring alignment with company objectives and user needs.
- Drive design excellence by setting visionary design direction, elevating visual craft, motion design, and interaction fidelity across all digital touchpoints.
- Assign projects, set priorities, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables through collaboration with engineering and design teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
- Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years in management, preferably in design principles, human factors, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading UX and visual design for Android-based devices with cross-functional collaboration.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years job-related or 8-10 years management experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader skilled at balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility within a design system.
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop and evolve visual design standards and interaction/animation guidelines ensuring cross-product consistency.
- Strong collaborator capable of partnering with engineering and platform teams from concept through product launch in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
