About This Role
- Own and manage end-to-end Contract & Catalog Operations, including contract amendments, catalog maintenance, and vendor enablement to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing teams, business clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to execute contracts, support new store openings, and maintain procurement documentation and records.
- Drive operational efficiency through analytics, reporting, risk identification, process improvements, and support of procurement transactions including purchase orders and chargebacks.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Contract & Catalog Operations, Supplier Enablement, or related operational functions.
- Working knowledge of procurement systems, including SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred).
- Understanding of contract lifecycle management, supplier onboarding, procurement compliance, and operational governance.

- Comfortable making independent decisions while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder management skills.
