About This Role
- Lead and develop a team responsible for reliability of business-critical Distribution & Logistics platforms.
- Own service performance, operational KPIs, SLA adherence, incident response, and continuous improvement for assigned systems or regions.
- Drive disciplined execution of incident, problem, change, release, knowledge, and service transition management processes while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technology operations, application reliability, service management, enterprise application support, or supply chain technology environments.
- Experience managing teams and operational outcomes for business-critical systems including vendor relationships and support delivery.
- Knowledge and experience with incident, problem, change, release, and knowledge management in complex tech environments.
- Location: Bengaluru, India; Work Experience Required: 7+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting and managing warehouse, transportation, logistics, or enterprise supply chain platforms with a focus on balancing business priorities and operational risk.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), middleware, SAP integrations, and data/observability platforms is a strong fit.
- Has operated in global support models, peak-season readiness, incident governance, vendor and 3PL transitions, and disaster recovery/business continuity contexts.
