About This Role
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
- Identify and define necessary system enhancements by analyzing code and using scripting tools, and provide programming solutions to users and technology groups.
- Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues, conduct testing and debugging, and serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Applications Development, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience with application systems analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in an Applications Development role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Intermediate level Applications Developer familiar with application development procedures and programming languages.
- Capable of working with limited supervision and exercising independent judgment in decision making.
- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and advising or coaching junior team members.
