About This Role
- Lead engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery for global Trade & Working Capital Solutions platforms, including modernization with cloud, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Manage large-scale program delivery and engineering teams totaling approximately 150 employees, with direct management of 50-75 senior engineers and leaders in Chennai site.
- Drive talent strategy, organizational growth, and engineering excellence focusing on scalable, multi-million-dollar platform ownership with measurable productivity and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of relevant engineering experience with 8-10+ years in managerial roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong engineering expertise in microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native development, enterprise architecture, and large-scale transaction processing.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar technology portfolios and senior engineering leaders; work location Chennai site leadership role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead large-scale global engineering organizations with platform ownership from design through production.
- Experience in strategic stakeholder management across business and technology functions for complex financial technology platforms.
- Technical familiarity with AI-driven microservices, cloud modernization, platform engineering, emerging tech like Agentic AI, blockchain, and engineering excellence metrics (e.g., DORA).
