About This Role
- Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs aligned with business needs.
- Manage and control all phases of development including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation, while providing user and operational support.
- Act as subject matter expert advising senior stakeholders and coaching junior analysts, ensuring compliance with firm policies and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proficient in Angular UI development and strong UI design principles.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects with knowledge of consulting/project management techniques.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex application development tasks with limited supervision and independent judgment.
- Capable of advising senior stakeholders and mentoring junior analysts, indicating seniority and subject matter expertise.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure environments managing deadlines and dynamic requirements, with knowledge of AI tools like CoPilot and Claude Code.
