About This Role
- Manage and analyze monthly and year-to-date orders, sales, margins, and project profitability.
- Facilitate planning, forecasting, budgeting process, and ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies.
- Partner with business leaders for financial insights, KPI development, cost control, and project risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of industrial experience including cost planning, profitability analysis, financial modelling, and business partnering.
- Completion of professional course CA / ICWA / CIMA (Intermediate level).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of SAP ERP or similar, and BI tools.
- Work Experience Required: 10-15 years in relevant industrial environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on business partnering in a matrix organization with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in financial control, process planning, change management, and automation using IT tools.
- Able to work effectively in a multicultural environment with willingness to travel within and outside India.
