About This Role
- Own investor services operations for assigned clients in alternative investments like hedge funds and private equity, processing capital and non-financial activities accurately and timely.
- Handle investor/client queries via telephone and email, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to policies.
- Prepare SOPs and job aids, coordinate with host location for deliverables under tight SLAs, and identify/report suspicious transactional activities per corporate policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably with hedge fund, private equity or real asset funds exposure.
- University degree in accounting, business, mathematics, finance or economics mandatory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and strong English communication skills (written and oral).
- Work Experience Required: 1-4 years in financial services
