About This Role
- Own and lead the enterprise product strategy and 0-to-1 platform delivery for a unified document ingestion, enrichment, storage, and routing system supporting global unstructured financial content.
- Define vision, roadmap, and launch plan for document platform capabilities including acquisition, OCR, multilingual parsing, metadata enrichment, search, and event-driven workflows.
- Align and lead cross-functional teams across Data, AI, Technology, and Product to deliver measurable business outcomes and platform KPIs such as ingestion timeliness, parsing accuracy, search performance, and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, information systems, finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of technical product management experience, including launching 0-to-1 enterprise data platforms and document intelligence or NLP/AI production products.
- Strong technical expertise in document ingestion, OCR, layout-aware parsing, multilingual processing, metadata extraction, hybrid lexical and vector search, embeddings, and machine-readable data formats.
- Experience working with financial documents (filings, news, research, transcripts) and in a global matrixed environment with effective senior executive communication.

- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-scale product initiatives involving unstructured financial document processing and AI-driven extraction/search capabilities.
- Experience balancing rapid experimentation with resilient enterprise infrastructure and governance models in data platform contexts.
- Comfortable operating across distributed global teams and driving alignment on complex technical requirements and cross-team collaboration for platform adoption and performance.
