About This Role
- Develop and execute global category strategy for IT, Fleet, and Travel to optimize sourcing and procurement.
- Manage contracted Fleet & Travel service providers including process implementation, local stakeholder coaching, and issue escalation.
- Identify cost savings and working capital improvements while partnering cross-functionally with IT, HR, Finance, and other teams.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA or PGDM/PGDBA in Supply Chain or equivalent; 7-9 years overall experience with 3+ years in Indirect or Direct Sourcing & Procurement (Indirect preferred).
- 3+ years Category Management experience specifically with IT, Fleet, and Travel.
- 3+ years experience in Contracting (drafting, negotiating with vendors) and Supplier Relationship Management.
- 3+ years of Data Analytics experience in a Supply Chain context (e.g., spend analysis). On-site location: Pune, India; Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in a global manufacturing environment with indirect sourcing focus to drive strategic category outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills demonstrated through partnership with IT, HR, Finance, and leadership for category projects and change management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP 4HANA and involvement in supply chain transformation initiatives preferred but not mandatory.
