About This Role
- Manage end-to-end order management processes including material demand review, parts availability check, purchase requisition generation.
- Serve as point of contact for internal customer queries related to order and inventory tasks, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize and continuously improve order and material management processes globally.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, commerce, business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in Business Operations and Order Management.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts across global time zones including North America and Latin America.
- Experience with material management processes such as supply request, shopping carts, material tracking, shipping, and goods receipt.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working in a global/remote work environment with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
- Able to manage operational tasks independently with accountability and also contribute to team efforts as needed.
- Familiar with or open to lean process improvement initiatives; exposure to procurement, audits, or service contracts is a plus.
