About This Role
- Own consultation, implementation, and sustainment of customer and employee experience survey programs (CX and NPS) including requirements gathering and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience teams and business partners to translate business needs into survey, reporting, dashboard, and testing requirements and support continuous process improvements.
- Manage survey configuration, access requests, validation, testing, and governance adherence to deliver accurate and effective experience measurement solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of Website or Application Design experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Survey Operations, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Product Support.
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Requirements Gathering, and QA Testing.
- 1+ years of experience with Medallia and/or Qualtrics survey platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and managing CX or employee satisfaction surveys with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and JIRA, with ability to deliver projects on time within scope and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools for process improvement while maintaining compliance with data privacy and ethical standards.
