About This Role
- Configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain IBM Maximo solutions across key modules such as Work Order, Asset, Location, Purchasing, and integrations.
- Support and manage Maximo Integration Framework including API, message queue integrations, troubleshooting, and coordination with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in Agile delivery, application support, defect resolution, validation documentation, controlled deployment, and production monitoring in a GxP-regulated environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-9 years of relevant experience in application configuration, development, integration, testing, or production support with hands-on IBM Maximo experience.
- Mandatory skills: Maximo Application Designer, Database Configuration, Automation Scripts (Python/Jython), workflows, security configuration, Maximo Integration Framework, REST APIs, JSON/XML integrations, SQL knowledge for troubleshooting, Agile delivery experience.
- Experience working in regulated (GxP) or validated applications environment and understanding of related compliance and validation requirements.

- Able to work in Agile teams with strong collaboration across technical, business, and support teams for delivery and operational excellence.
- Open to continuous learning and cross-skilling across technologies such as SAP EAM, AI/ML, data platforms, reporting tools, and cloud technologies.
