About This Role
- Support the delivery, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and digital solutions across both support and development activities.
- Investigate and resolve application and integration issues; support releases, upgrades, incident/problem management, and maintain documentation.
- Contribute to full-stack software development including front-end (React, Vite, TypeScript/JavaScript) and back-end development (Python, FastAPI), testing, and deployment under senior engineer guidance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in application support, development, or engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar frameworks, Python and FastAPI or comparable back-end technology.
- Experience with application lifecycle management, REST APIs, relational databases, software testing methodologies, Agile/Scrum, and basic CI/CD processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both application support and software development in enterprise environments, capable of handling incident management and application lifecycle activities.
- Familiar with full-stack development practices including front-end frameworks, back-end API integration, and automated testing within Agile teams.
- Comfortable collaborating across multiple technical and business teams including infrastructure, security, and vendors, under guidance from senior engineers.
