About This Role
- Provide technical and operational support for enterprise applications including SaaS, COTS, and custom-built solutions ensuring reliability and compliance.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, support releases and upgrades, and manage configuration and documentation.
- Contribute to full-stack development including front-end, API integration, back-end development, testing, deployment, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field with 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, familiarity with React or similar front-end frameworks, and basic knowledge of Python and FastAPI or equivalent back-end technology.
- Experience supporting enterprise/business applications in development, test, or production environments with understanding of incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Understanding of REST APIs, relational databases/SQL, software testing methodologies, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding principles, and use of tools like Git, Jira/Azure DevOps, and Postman.

- Experienced in blended roles covering application support, development, and lifecycle management in enterprise IT environments.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including business, infrastructure, security, and vendors, following Agile methodologies.
- Technically proficient in modern full-stack development technologies and practices with a focus on application reliability, automation, and security compliance.
