About This Role
- Develop, validate, and maintain clinical programming software using tools like Oracle RDC, Inform, Medidata, Rave, and SAS.
- Lead clinical programming activities on up to eight concurrent studies, ensuring quality deliverables and managing resources.
- Generate and maintain all documentation related to specifications, coding, validation, CRF annotation, edit checks, and custom report development.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in Clinical Programming with Data Management SAS Listings and specifications understanding.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience performing QC or VCP of Listings and understanding SAS macros support for Lead Programmers.
- Preferred to have Base and Advanced SAS certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading multiple concurrent clinical programming projects with both technical and resourcing management.
- Strong expertise in Clinical Data Management SAS programming including validation, specifications, and documentation.
- Capable of providing leadership, training, and support to peers while collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams.
