About This Role
- Lead sourcing and procurement activities for Space & Occupancy across multiple categories and regions.
- Drive commercial negotiations and manage contracts to optimize cost, value, and ensure compliance.
- Partner with global stakeholders including business, legal, and finance to deliver consistent sourcing outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10+ years of sourcing/procurement experience, ideally in Real Estate/Construction.
- Strong commercial and contract negotiation expertise.
- Proficiency in Ariba and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
- Work Location: Mumbai (3 days per week in office); Coverage: Monday to Friday, 1:30 AM to 10:30 PM India time.

- Experienced in global sourcing and vendor management within Space & Occupancy or related fields.
- Able to manage multiple projects with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Capable of enforcing commercial, legal, and compliance governance across sourcing activities.
