About This Role
- Assess and improve quality of engineering data, documents, and models in ALIM globally associated with assets and projects across P&O.
- Implement and maintain controls, audits, and risk management for engineering data integrity consistent with engineering standards and procedures.
- Contribute to consolidated quality and performance reporting; recommend remediation and drive continuous improvement of IMD standards, tools, and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (preferably Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
- 3+ years of experience in Engineering Data Management within a global organization with frequent greenfield and brownfield engineering projects.
- Significant experience operating Electronic Document Management Systems such as Bentley ALIM and knowledge of engineering design drawings and standards.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with clear communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in quality assurance, conformance review, and applying information assurance and governance to engineering data.
- Proven stakeholder and customer relationship management skills with ability to support service users and resolve issues.
- Capable of using analytical thinking and business analysis skills for continuous improvement and managing priorities in a complex engineering environment.
