About This Role
- Lead end-to-end quality engineering for enterprise storage platforms focusing on hardware-software interactions including firmware, BIOS, device drivers, and platform software.
- Design and develop scalable Python automation frameworks and tools to enhance test coverage, system validation, debugging, and productivity.
- Apply AI/ML approaches to solve complex engineering and quality challenges such as failure analysis, test optimization, anomaly detection, and workflow automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience with strong exposure to enterprise storage systems or similar large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and solid understanding of testing fundamentals, debugging, and automation design.
- Work arrangement is hybrid with a requirement to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

- Experienced in deep troubleshooting and root cause analysis across hardware, firmware, OS, and network layers in enterprise storage environments.
- Skilled in building robust automation frameworks and integrating AI/ML techniques for quality engineering and testing improvements.
