About This Role
- Provide end-to-end support for preparation and review of client financial statements and mandatory reports to meet stringent deadlines for audit/review and regulatory submission.
- Manage risk by ensuring team adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Key Controls, and Client Specific Procedures; oversee personnel allocation and workflow coordination.
- Use automation tools, coordinate with global offshoring partners, and resolve client issues while supporting operational changes and ad-hoc projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Economics with specialization in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ to 4+ years of experience in Fund Financial Reporting, accounting, or finance field preferred.
- Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS preferred.
- Willingness to work shifts overlapping US, APAC, and EMEA hours.

- Experienced in fund accounting and financial reporting with ability to perform detailed reviews and resolve client issues independently.
- Capable of managing and coaching a team while ensuring compliance with procedures and meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a global environment with multi-department coordination and managing offshoring partners.
