About This Role
- Own and drive the strategy, roadmap, adoption, governance, and delivery of enterprise data platform services including ingestion, quality, correction, storage, and distribution.
- Lead cross-functional program management for enterprise data platform initiatives, balancing scalability, reliability, security, cost, and compliance.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, compliance, and business teams to ensure platform capabilities meet evolving business, regulatory, and technical needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Technical Product Management or equivalent leadership roles.
- 5+ years experience delivering enterprise-scale data platforms or data management solutions.
- Experience with enterprise data ecosystems encompassing data ingestion, quality management, correction workflows, and governance.
- Hybrid work model requiring at least two days per week in the assigned office location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex enterprise data platforms with both real-time and batch processing architectures and event-driven integrations.
- Proven ability to lead strategic modernization initiatives involving multiple stakeholders including enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and business units.
- Demonstrated skills in driving adoption, operational excellence, and executive-level reporting on product KPIs and business outcomes.
