About This Role
- Own and scale the organization’s strategic Applied AI capabilities including tools, training, methods, standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to support enterprise transformation.
- Drive AI adoption and innovation by developing reusable self-service capabilities, prototyping, and integrating with partner ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver scalable AI solutions that create measurable business value and advance organizational AI maturity.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in business transformation with AI/ML capabilities and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
- Experience managing tools, training programs, governance frameworks, and complex partner ecosystems.
- Hybrid work requirement: minimum two days per week in-person at assigned TransUnion office.

- Proven track record in building and scaling enterprise-level AI capability ecosystems and organizational development.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills and ability to evangelize AI capabilities across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating closely with design, delivery, operations, technology, and data science teams to implement AI-driven business transformations.
