About This Role
- Monitor, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain data center, LAN, WAN, Voice, Video, and Public Cloud infrastructure focusing on resiliency and security.
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for network maintenance and quick issue restoration.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure service quality, compliance, and participate in service reviews and change management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or IT.
- 2-4+ years of experience monitoring and troubleshooting network devices including WLAN, LAN switching, Routers, SDWAN, Voice/Video, and Cloud operations.
- Experience working with Cisco and Juniper platforms.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends; experience with ServiceNow and ITIL environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating with telecom providers and supplier support organizations in complex infrastructure environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing team during rotating shifts.
- Proven track record in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting specifically involving Cisco/Juniper, Meraki, ISE, and Bluecat DDI solutions.
