About This Role
- Accountable for end-to-end financial reporting, controls, risk management, and compliance across GSK's Regional and Global organizations, ensuring IFRS adherence and audit readiness.
- Lead and develop a large Controllership team responsible for Commercial Markets and Global entities, driving high performance, succession planning, and cost optimization.
- Partner with senior finance leadership and external partners, drive process improvements, automation, and global finance transformation initiatives aligned with GFS strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Economics or related field and/or MBA.
- 18+ years post qualification experience in Controllership and Finance Partnering, preferably in pharmaceutical industry and similar operating model.
- Experience managing large teams, working in GBS environments and managing BPOs for sizeable companies.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is an advantage; Fluency in English required.

- Senior leader with extensive experience in finance controllership within a global, multicultural, and pharmaceutical context.
- Proven track record in driving financial process improvements, automation, transformation projects and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic operational focus with ability to deliver measurable business value beyond core controlling, including cost optimization and cash delivery.
