About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Corporate Bank divisional finance activities including month-end ledger close, journal postings, P&L reporting, revenue flash and variance analysis.
- Engage with business managers and financial controllers across regions/business to explain financial movements and manage FX exposure, balance sheet substantiation, and financial disclosures.
- Oversee SOx control sign-offs, ensure compliance with audit requirements, and maintain regulatory and statutory control frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified finance professional with CA or MBA in Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in finance functions within a bank or financial institution.
- Experience in managing regulators and auditors.
- Location: Mumbai, India.
