About This Role
- Design and develop Java-based technical solutions aligned with business goals, focusing on cards for Germany.
- Manage implementation with vendors, support testing, and ensure production handover and L2 support readiness.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert in L3 support for stable operations; lead incident analysis and problem resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java solution design and software development.
- Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, API/microservices development, and cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or comparable experience.
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments with relevant tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating and deploying cloud-native applications in environments using Google Cloud Platform and DevOps tools (Git, Maven, TeamCity).
- Technical proficiency in designing resilient, maintainable Java Spring Boot applications with practical knowledge of software design patterns and Agile methodologies.
- Capable of working collaboratively with vendors, supporting multi-level support structures (L2 and L3), and aligning solutions with technical platform modernization strategies.
