About This Role
- Own the IT solution delivery for infrastructure operations within a specific project function or capability.
- Coordinate planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment for infrastructure operations initiatives ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and value are met.
- Track delivery progress and facilitate escalation and transition of work into operational support while contributing to governance and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum 6 years experience in IT solution delivery, infrastructure operations, or related consulting/delivery role (7+ years preferred).
- Proven experience in coordinating project delivery, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple functions.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure operations, delivery governance, and service transition concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex delivery initiatives involving multiple stakeholders in matrixed environments.
- Ability to operate in senior advisory roles ensuring alignment across business, PMO, and IT teams.
- Comfortable handling competing priorities and maintaining accountability with strong communication skills.
