About This Role
- Manage lease abstraction processes with high accuracy, abstracting key information from commercial lease documents into lease administration systems.
- Verify and review lease data and system reports for completeness and correctness, ensuring adherence to lease terms and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve document and abstraction-related queries, prepare reports for lease validation projects, and participate in training and auditing of junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (University Graduate).
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial lease abstraction or related real estate lease administration.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; experience with property management or lease administration systems.
- Location: On-site in Gurugram.

- Experienced in managing lease documentation with minimal supervision, demonstrating high accountability and attention to detail.
- Capable of handling tight operational deadlines, data accuracy, and reporting within a structured process environment.
