About This Role
- Participate in application system development, including establishment and implementation of new or revised programs in coordination with the Technology team.
- Analyze business and system processes to identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement enhancements.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and programming focusing on Java, Spark, Hadoop, and related technologies to support business applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant hands-on experience in data engineering and application development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Java programming, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Impala, SQL, and Oracle with experience in performance tuning.
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in programming/debugging for business applications.

- Experienced in Java and Big Data ecosystems including Hadoop and Spark, with skills in SQL and performance optimization.
- Able to analyze and enhance business applications within banking/financial services or similar enterprise environments.
