About This Role
- Participate in designing, developing, and implementing new or revised application systems in coordination with the Technology team.
- Analyze business and system processes to identify, recommend, and implement necessary system enhancements and solutions.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and coding based on design specifications using Java, Springboot, SQL, and potentially UI technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in application development.
- Strong understanding of Java, Springboot, and SQL concepts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Good to have experience with UI technologies including React, Typescript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Capable of translating business and technical requirements into application code and system improvements.
- Comfortable working within banking or financial services application development environments with awareness of compliance and risk considerations.
- Experienced in both backend (Java, Springboot, SQL) and frontend (React, JavaScript) technologies to contribute broadly across the stack.
