About This Role
- Handle first-level IT infrastructure support including incident and request management via ITSM tools.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of networking components, ESXi servers, and Windows systems; escalate complex issues.
- Provide on-site and remote end-user support for hardware, software, and infrastructure monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or related areas.
- Basic knowledge of passive and active networking, ESXi servers, and Windows OS troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to work in shifts or on-call as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in first-level IT support with operational responsibility for infrastructure and end-user systems.
- Comfortable working with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and handling escalation protocols.
- Able to communicate clearly with users of varying technical proficiency and work within a team environment.
