About This Role
- Serve as senior business authority for Insurance Accounting product within Fund Accounting and Administration, focusing on accounting, regulatory, and client needs.
- Lead complex product initiatives, defining business requirements, accounting logic, and compliance-aligned product enhancements.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders, manage product roadmaps, and oversee delivery of enhancements to ensure business value and client impact.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred.
- 12+ years of experience as business Product Owner, product leader, or senior business analyst in insurance, fund accounting, or financial software domains.
- Strong experience with insurance and/or investment accounting including complex asset classes (fixed income, derivatives, mortgage loans, alternatives).
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years relevant business/product leadership experience.

- Experienced in strategic product leadership within financial services, especially insurance accounting and investment accounting products.
- Proven capability to translate complex accounting and regulatory requirements into clear product direction and deliverables in agile environments.
