About This Role
- Own data validation, reconciliations, and quality control for multi-asset performance attribution inputs including positions, valuations, benchmarks, and derivative instruments.
- Support and manage attribution processes by ensuring accurate mapping and input data integrity across internal and external systems, collaborating closely with performance analysts and portfolio managers.
- Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement by investigating data discrepancies, liaising with operations and technology teams, maintaining governance controls, and contributing to projects onboarding funds to attribution systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in investment risk, attribution, or related financial services operations.
- Experience with data validation, reconciliations, and reporting in a financial context.
- Exposure to Python and SQL for data science and analytics is a strong advantage.
