About This Role
- Provide daily application and production support, including incident diagnosis, resolution, and monitoring to ensure system reliability.
- Assist in system enhancements, releases, and testing activities to improve operational efficiency and application functionality.
- Support data management tasks involving SQL, ETL/ELT processes, batch processing, and troubleshooting under guidance to maintain data pipeline operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Internship, academic project, or prior experience in data engineering, ETL development, application support, or software development preferred.
- Basic to intermediate skills in SQL, programming/scripting (Python preferred), and understanding of ETL/ELT, job scheduling tools (e.g., AutoSys, UAC).
- Hybrid work model requiring 4 days per week in the office; availability for on-call, after-hours, and weekend support as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities combined with excellent customer service skills and ownership of production environments.
- Experience or exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with operational excellence and process improvement.
- Ability to collaborate across global teams in a fast-paced environment and proactively contribute to process optimization and stable application support.
