About This Role
- Manage procurement and supplier relationships for the Tapes & Films category, including supplier selection, negotiations, NPI support, and sourcing execution.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies focused on cost reduction, improved working capital, supplier performance, and business growth through data-driven decisions and should-cost analysis.
- Lead supplier contract negotiations and collaborate closely with global category teams, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and risk mitigation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher, completed and verified prior to start.
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related business functions.
- Strong procurement experience with outsource manufacturing suppliers, plastic film production processes, SAP/procurement systems, spend analysis, and supplier performance reporting.
- Work Location: Bangalore, Karnataka – Hybrid Mode.

- Experienced in managing sourcing and procurement in complex, global matrixed environments involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in data analysis, negotiation, financial acumen, and project management to drive sourcing projects and supplier performance improvements.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across global teams, divisions, and suppliers, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
