About This Role
- Own and continuously improve intercompany trade business processes within Record-to-Decision, focusing on ICO/ICT reporting, VAT treatments, hedging, and cash flow policy.
- Collaborate with Business Process Owners and functional teams to design, govern, and transition from current to future process states ensuring alignment with programme timelines and delivery readiness.
- Lead governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities to support adoption, business continuity during transitions, and benefit realization.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in complex global organizations, preferably in Consumer Health or FMCG sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of intercompany transactions including initiation, billing, accounting, reconciliation, and group reporting.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA considered advantageous but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years explicitly mentioned.

- Experienced in end-to-end process ownership within global matrix environments, capable of managing complex cross-functional dependencies.
- Proficient in analytic process improvement with skills in governance, project management, and stakeholder communication for large-scale transformations.
