About This Role
- Lead end-to-end financial control and month-end close processes for multiple markets and entities across APAC from India.
- Manage relationships with shared service centers, vendors, and market teams to resolve issues and improve service outcomes, driving continuous improvement and automation.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring compliance with internal controls and supporting audits.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services or service delivery.
- Practical experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit support.
- Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) and strong Excel skills; work arrangement is hybrid based in India with occasional APAC travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing finance service delivery and vendor relationships within multinational or matrix organizations.
- Demonstrates ability to lead finance transformation initiatives, process automation, and ERP/system changes.
- Capable of coaching and developing finance teams in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments with strong stakeholder management skills.
