About This Role
- Lead financial control and month-end close processes for APAC markets and entities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and market teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
- Drive internal controls, audit support, and lead a finance team while coordinating finance transformation activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services, or service delivery.
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, and supporting audits.
- Practical experience with ERP systems like SAP and strong Excel skills; good written and spoken English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading finance service delivery in multinational or matrix organizations with vendor and shared service partner management.
- Proven ability to manage finance transformation, ERP implementations, and process automation initiatives.
- Capable of coaching and developing finance professionals while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and steady delivery under deadlines.
