About This Role
- Own and continuously improve the governance and quality framework for Cyber Architecture & Solutions security products, ensuring vendor handover meets strict compliance and operational standards.
- Lead a 17-person team across Design Assurance, Security Product Management, and vendor governance, managing a security product portfolio and overseeing vendor performance for 30+ platforms under an outsourced operating model.
- Serve as the primary interface for internal audit, regulators and risk committees, presenting authoritative metrics and maintaining senior-level security risk and exception management.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in cybersecurity with 7+ years in senior leadership roles within regulated environments.
- Proven experience leading cyber security product management and design assurance functions across complex portfolios.
- Experience managing vendor governance for large-scale managed service contracts involving multiple platforms.
- Architecture literacy sufficient to make binding quality judgements on security architecture standards owned by another function.

- Experienced leader adept at independent assurance and governance, comfortable making binding pass/fail decisions in contested environments.
- Strategic operator skilled in managing multi-year vendor relationships and accountable for commercial outcomes including cost control and portfolio investment analytics.
- Strong communicator with credibility in risk committees and regulatory engagements, capable of presenting complex security postures and audit evidence clearly.
