About This Role
- Lead end-to-end financial control and reporting for APAC markets and entities, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and market teams to resolve issues and improve service performance, including driving continuous improvement and automation.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals while coordinating finance transformation activities to ensure smooth implementation and business readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services, or service delivery.
- Practical experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, and vendor/partner management.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and strong Excel skills; Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading finance service delivery within multinational or matrix organizations, preferably with exposure to finance transformation and ERP implementations.
- Demonstrates ability to manage complex vendor relationships and lead automation or process improvement initiatives.
- Proven track record in coaching and developing finance teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining compliance and audit readiness.
