About This Role
- Identify, prioritize, and lead design/delivery of AI and agentic automation solutions across DPTF with measurable business outcomes.
- Own the AI product roadmap and backlog driven by OKRs and value metrics, ensuring reliability and responsible-AI guardrails with clear service levels.
- Partner with platform domains to embed solutions, manage adoption as primary success metric, and transition mature solutions to domain ownership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, mathematics, computer science or equivalent experience.
- Typically 20+ years in engineering or technology delivery, including at least three years with AI, machine learning, or automation solutions in production.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI and agentic solutions, including large language models and agent frameworks.
- Product management experience including opportunity assessment, roadmap ownership, and value measurement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Combines deep engineering expertise with strong product management skills to drive AI solutions from conception to adopted value.
- Experienced in enforcing responsible-AI principles and stopping non-performing solutions to maximize value delivery.
- Comfortable working with platform teams to transition solutions and engaging security, data, and quality functions early in design.
