About This Role
- Lead the development, allocation, and refinement of system requirements, ensuring alignment with operational concepts and design.
- Manage and perform detailed system design, integration, complex analyses, trade studies, and verification activities including hardware/software integration and testing.
- Communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders and teams to resolve technical challenges, prepare system documentation, and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, information systems, or related technical discipline (Master's or PhD with relevant experience also accepted).
- Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or PhD without experience.
- Must have experience with system engineering documentation including BRD, HLD, system configuration documents, UAT, Verification & Validation.
- Experience with DOORS requirements traceability tool, debugging tools (Grey logs, Splunk), basic SQL knowledge, model-based design tools (SysML or UML), and Agile environment experience.

- Experienced in applying systems engineering practices across analysis, requirements flow-down, architecture design, and integration in moderate-scope projects.
- Practiced in communicating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including senior leadership, influencing decisions with data-driven analyses.
- Adept at technical documentation, risk management, and mentoring junior engineers within structured quality and security processes.
