About This Role
- Design, implement, and lead environmental sustainability strategies focused on water resilience, biodiversity, and carbon neutrality across multiple locations.
- Manage end-to-end program execution including partner management, fund administration, impact assessment, and compliance reporting.
- Leverage technology and data analytics for programme monitoring, reporting, and enhancing environmental interventions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in environmental sustainability, CSR, or development-sector programme management.
- Postgraduate degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Water Resource Management, Natural Resource Management, Rural Management, Sustainability, Social Work, or related fields.
- Strong program and project management skills including partner due diligence, MoU development, budgeting, milestone tracking, and impact assessment.
- Willingness to travel periodically; base location preferred Bangalore or Coimbatore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-location and multi-partner environmental programs, preferably in water, natural resource management, biodiversity, or climate resilience.
- Capable of engaging with technical partners and reviewing complex environmental program proposals.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication across NGOs, government bodies, technical institutions, and internal leadership with experience in CSR regulatory compliance in India.
