About This Role
- Lead end-to-end planning, preparation, and execution of SAP ERP / S/4HANA system implementation, migration, and upgrade projects in hybrid environments.
- Manage mission critical 24/7 SAP Basis production landscapes including ECC, S4HANA, BW4HANA, and SAP PO systems with focus on performance tuning and system administration.
- Design, implement and manage business continuity solutions such as clustering, HA/DR failover for SAP landscapes and execute system copy, refresh, backup & restore for Linux systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as Senior Technology Consultant in SAP Basis with minimum 3-4 years specifically in SAP upgrade and migration.
- Experience managing SAP Intelligent Suite Systems on hybrid environments (IaaS & PaaS) with at least two end-to-end SAP ERP/S4HANA implementations/migrations and multiple upgrades/conversions.
- Strong working experience in SAP Basis production support including SAP HANA and Oracle database administration, Linux & AIX OS administration and SAP security hardening.
- Educational qualifications: BE/BTech/BCA/BSc (IT), MCA, MBA (IT), or MSc (IT).

- Experience in managing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for SAP landscapes ensuring business continuity in mission critical environments.
