About This Role
- Own and drive end-to-end fulfillment operations ensuring supplier performance, material availability, and production continuity.
- Lead supplier performance management including On-Time Delivery, quality, and escalation resolution.
- Optimize inventory levels, cost, and process improvements while coordinating cross-functionally with production, warehouse, and planning teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Procurement, or Planning including supplier management and production coordination.
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Prior team handling experience preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; exposure to Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in executing fulfillment and supplier management with accountability for measurable KPIs like OTD, OTP, inventory efficiency.
- Operationally strong with proven ability to manage escalations and cross-functional coordination to ensure production continuity.
- Comfortable in roles requiring analytical problem solving, process standardization, and performance monitoring in complex supply chain environments.
